- 70 km from the campsite, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert: This village is a UNESCO World Heritage site on the Camino de Compostela and has also been one of the Grands Sites de France since 2010. You can visit the Infernet Cirque, Hérault Gorges and Clamouse Cave.
Between hiking, mountain biking, swimming, canoeing, kayaking and whitewater fishing in the Hérault Gorges that wind beneath the village, there are many activities to choose from.
- Many villages surround the Etang de Thau lake: Sète, a traditional fishing village, Bouzigues, Mèze, Marseillan and more.
- Carcassonne, 90 km from the campsite, is a medieval fortified town. It is an important town on the wine route, connecting the Mediterranean to the rest of Gaul.
